2/ Enter the details of the Order you have purchased yourself with the website name, the website delivery country (if you used your US or European address), Order Reference and MOST importantly the tracking number provided by the store (it might take up to 2 days for Amazon/eBay or other to send you the tracking number, this happens when they ship your items, make sure you come back to us you’re your tracking number, this helps us identify your items ans avoid it being lost)

For Customs: Enter all the items you have purchased with their value and quantities. You are responsible for false declaration and liable to pay penalties for cheating in wrong declaration, different values or shipping prohibited items.

At the end of the form, remember to add the store’s eventual Shipping & Handling, this amount figures always at the end of your Order Details.

3/ Give us your Special Instructions: when it’s an urgent shipment or when you need to consolidate

4/ Once we receive your package, we will identify it using the tracking number your provide. Weight and condition will be show in your Recent Orders, you will be able to track it all the way to your home or workspace.

Technical Help on Submitting a "Ship for Me" Order in My Account

This form basically should include all details of your recent purchase. Please submit a different form for every website. Do not submit the same form if you purchased from multiple shops.

iShip needs to know what your purchased, the store, your order number/date and the tracking number (it takes siometimes 24/48 hours for the store to provide you this tracking number)

Make sure you fill out ITEM DESCRIPTION, QUANTITY and VALUE for each product in the package.

Customer must make sure that exact value of products is entered on the customs declaration and the value can be proved by order or invoice. Insurance will pay the lower amount in case of the lost package (either as in on the invoice or on the customs declaration).

Always upload the Order Confirmation received by the store or email us to operations@iship.me with your name and SFM number.

In case shipment delayed, canceled or split into multiple deliveries, inform us or in your account immediately to avoid misplacing your items and double taxation.

For the Shipping & Taxes mentioned at the end of Ship’s SFM form, as you know, all US and European stores will bill you local shipping and taxes, this amount figures at the bottom of your Shopping Cart, or in the email confirmation sent to you.
