This is BRITA's first water filter jug made entirely of glass, combining a clean modern look with a heat-resistant, durable build — made in Germany. It holds 2.5L total and delivers 1.5L of filtered water, refillable one-handed through the top valve, with a Smart Light LED on the lid that tells you when the filter needs changing based on usage and time elapsed. It comes fitted with a MAXTRA PRO ALL-IN-1 filter, which uses 4-stage MicroFlow filtration to reduce chlorine, limescale, lead and copper while trapping particles down to 30 μm — better retention than the older MAXTRA+ filter. All parts except the LED display are dishwasher-safe up to 60°C, and the jug itself is BPA-free.
